As we age, and especially when ill, it can be difficult to advocate for our own wants and needs. This is especially so when we are unsure of our rights and the opportunities available to us in a new landscape. Smith Integrated Care Services has experience and knowledge in aging services and medical care. Our care managers are aware of relevant laws and available opportunities to assist with medical, housing, financial, and social needs as you age or face worsening symptoms. Let us go to bat for you when a facility is unwilling to meet your reasonable request, or a service provider is insisting on providing a service in a way that does not meet your needs.
